I am Monica Bravo. I'm a Shamanic Reiki Master and mother of 3 who works with business leaders, coaches and busy healers to remove stress and anxiety so that they can trust their intuition, remove self doubt and love themelves.
I'm a Native Californian and live in my home town with my kids and love mountain biking, hiking and traveling. But perhaps more relevant to you...
I've traveled around the world as a yoga teacher and healer for 15 plus years. I was the founder of Wellness Center of Sonoma county where I help families use natural plant based medicine, nutrition coaching and breathwork and yoga to transform their life.
I love sharing the practice of reiki, breathwork and yoga. I love these because they helped me increase my income, widen my healing modalities and gave me peace. I wanted to help business leaders have more peace and love and less anxiety and fear. And I wanted to help them achieve that in a faster and more reliable way without the drama and frustration.

Reiki is so simple to learn and use. The beauty of this magical energy healing art is that the practitioner has to simply activate the Reiki energy channels and start transmitting this high-vibratory Universal Life Force through their hands toward whomever or whatever is their intended recipient. Learn how to prepare and perform a reiki session, step by step grounding exercise and how to protect your energy. Learn about energy, chakras, and how the energy flows in a body. Then we move to the history of the Usui Reiki, Reiki Principles, the position of the hands, and how Reiki works. At the end of the class, you will receive a Level 1 attunement which awakens you to the Reiki energy. Reiki Level 1 is taught to heal on the physical level. This is Usui Reiki, the original lineage.

Reiki Training Level 2 is for practitioners that already obtained a Certificate for Level 1 Reiki Practitioner. This second level introduces additional tools to strengthen a practitioner’s connection with Reiki energy as well as enhancing their knowledge and experience. WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a Japanese technique that is used to heal physical and mental trauma, and to support mental clarity and spiritual well-being. In Japanese, the word “rei” refers to a higher intelligence that permeates all living and nonliving entities and guides the inherent functioning of the universe. The word “ki” refers to the animating energy that flows through everything, including plants, animals, and human beings and is also often called “life force energy”. The combination of these two words is what defines Reiki as spiritually guided life-force energy.
To administer Reiki, a practitioner simply channels this life force energy gently through his or her hands. It’s said that the energy is spiritually guided, enabling the Reiki to flow through the affected parts of the subject’s energy field in order of priority. It raises the vibration in and around the energy body where negative thoughts and feelings are contained. This allows the dense energy and associated conditions—such as stress, anxiety, physical pain, depression to be transformed into positive vibrations and associated positive experiences.

Do I need Reiki experience?
This retreat will be for beginners and intermediate students. You will have many options during the retreat to learn Reiki basics and practice on others.
Where will retreat be located?
The retreat will be located in Windsor, California. You can fly to Santa Rosa (STS) airport which is 15 minutes from retreat or SFO/OAKLAND which is over hour from the retreat.
What do I need?
You will need comfortable clothing, pen, bathing suit, walking shoes and picture of a loved one. Reiki manual will be given.
What is included in price?
Your private room and meals are included in price of retreat. You may need to bring additiona snacks.
